FSS is unique in that it is available to children of all ages and developmental stages. This process consists of different games. More specifically, it is based on martial arts and aims for consistent expansion of innate human abilities. This not only improves the child&#8217;s personal development, but also improves the family\u2019s overall communication.<\/span> <a href=\"\/about\/principles\/\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">All principles<\/span><\/a>\n<h3><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Key principles:<\/span><\/h3>\n<span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">All the games and activities in FSS are based on these 5 basic, foundational exercises:<\/span>\n\n<span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">&#8211; Acrobatics (ex: somersaults and safe falls onto soft mats);<\/span>\n\n<span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">&#8211; Creep outs<\/span>\n\n<span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">&#8211; Pushes<\/span>\n\n<span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">&#8211;\u00a0Wringing<\/span>\n\n<span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">&#8211;\u00a0Adhesion<\/span>\n\n<a title=\"\u041c\u0435\u0442\u043e\u0434\u044b\" href=\"\/about\/methods\/\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Methods and Exercises<\/span><\/a>\n<h3><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">What children is this program designed for? <\/span><\/h3>\n<span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">FSS is developed for children 6 months and and older. It\u2019s beneficial to all children: neurotypical children, children with psychological issues, and children with <\/span><a title=\"\u0414\u0435\u0442\u044f\u043c\" href=\"\/about\/kids\/\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">serious neurological\u00a0pathologies.<\/span><\/a>\u00a0<span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Everyone is welcome at Family Soft School!<\/span>\n<h3><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">What do the parents need to know?<\/span><\/h3>\n<span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">You don\u2019t need any prior knowledge to join FSS. As a parent, all you need is a desire to practice and comfortable clothing. However, please note that every parent is required to participate in two adult classes.\u00a0<\/span><a title=\"\u0420\u043e\u0434\u0438\u0442\u0435\u043b\u044f\u043c\" href=\"\/about\/parents\/\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Rules for parents.<\/span><\/a>\n<h3><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Who teaches at Family Soft School?<\/span><\/h3>\n<span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Working at FSS might seem easy, but it\u2019s actually a very challenging position. An FSS teacher has to be flexible, joyful, and courageous. They need to be able to participate in seminars and workshops, work on their own self-development, and open up their hearts to those around them. Henceforth, all of our teachers have gone through extensive classes and workshops. As both professionals and individuals they are constantly growing and learning. <\/span>\n<h3><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Ella Glushkova<\/span> \u2014<\/h3>\n<span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">is the creator of Family Soft School. She is a correction pedagogic therapist and a published author. She has not only written books on children&#8217;s development and\u00a0upbringing, but she has also facilitated multiple pediatric seminars and conferences.
